4th of July

Happy 4th of July! Though I was mostly sick for today's holiday, I did find some time to go outside and enjoy the sunshine, if only for a little bit. San Diego has some beautiful weather today -- it was a bit chilly this morning at the park, but it warmed up as the day wore on. And any day with BBQ ribs and chicken tacos is an excellent day, if I do say so myself.

White jeans with a pop of red and a splash of blue, subtle but present. A great way to incorporate different colors is by switching up ones shoes from the rest of the ensemble. My red Tieks have been a great go-to for the past year, and no better holiday called for it than the 4th of July.
I've also as of late have been careful to use face sunscreen as a base, even if I'm not wearing anything else. Especially on a sunny day. I'm wearing Coola's face sunscreen; it's light, smells refreshing, and doesn't break me out. A check in my book.
